Software Account Manager

Together with your technical resource, you develop and manage new and existing accounts to achieve sales goals within the assigned region under limited supervision. Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned market. Taking care and running existing significant and valuable channel partner Work closely with current channel partner and drive further sales from. Win new channel partners handling sensitivities of existing relationships. Achieve customer satisfaction Seek new markets, new opportunities and increasing business: enterprise customers – full Back up and Recovery products offering: DataDomain, Networker, Avamar, DPA, Disk Library Be responsible for timely and accurate sales reporting Participate in industry events (trade shows, road shows). Be knowledgeable and proactive to feedback on new market, product, competitive information and trends. Be very knowledgeable on BRS products and markets such that the best solutions can be matched to customers’ needs. Continually monitor the competency level of channel partners and make timely recommendations to effect improvement. 80% Direct touch, 20% Channel having strong direct touch sale activity experience, customer facing with indirect fulfillment through the channels Channels around Services Excellent Back up Software market knowledge and strong existing relationships, good contact network within Spain or Middle East areas. Achieve set sales target, currently sales quota to achieve is open, approx. estimated sales target per annum about $5 US, sales cycle time 3 - 5 months for major sales deals. Location: The Netherlands and Switzerland This job has no direct employee supervisory responsibilities. Candidate will work with a dedicated technical resource in the area.
