Digital Marketing Manager

RSA, The Security Division of EMC, is headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts. RSA is the expert in information-centric security, enabling the protection of information throughout its life cycle. These solutions bring trust to millions of user identities, the transactions that they perform, and the data that is generated. General Summary : Lead marketing of RSA’s brand in the digital domain. Drive strategy and execution of RSA’s media presence on the web, including paid search advertising, SEO (search engine optimization), social media, content syndication and other web marketing communications. Establish and build consensus around goals and objectives. Ensure effective reporting and communication of results to stakeholders. Ensure results data is used effectively for continuous improvement. Coordinate and synchronize as appropriate with parent company EMC and other EMC divisions. · Paid search advertising: Drive RSA PPC programs, ensuring continuous improvement. Orchestrate content creation and maintenance across all stakeholder and content expert groups. Drive effective infrastructure and process, including lead capture, lead management and results reporting.

· SEO: Drive optimization of rsa.com to ensure maximum, positive exposure on the web. Lead and evangelize SEO best practices at RSA; drive adoption with content creators. Contribute to site design and maintenance to achieve SEO objectives. · Social Media: Working with key stakeholders, develop strategy, consensus and support for RSA’s social media efforts. · Analytics: Develop and execute a program of effective tracking of user behavior across RSA web properties; extract and deliver actionable intelligence to drive effective, continuously improving digital marketing for RSA. Required : · Demonstrated, successful experience in a leadership role in online marketing: o paid search advertising: specific experience with Google Adwords o advanced understanding of SEO best practices o content syndication o social media · Proven record of creating and managing online content for a variety of sites and audiences (enterprise and consumer experience preferred) · Strong analytic skills - ability to extract and understand user behavior from web and program analytics · Strong process-orientation; demonstrated ability to drive process around lead capture and lead management · Experience managing outside agencies and consultants · Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Desired: · Fluency in HTML, Photoshop, and interactive formats required, experience with .NET a plus · Experience with one or more web analytics packages (Omniture Google Analytics, etc.) · Experience with interactive content production · Experience setting up and troubleshooting third-party and new media sites and applications · Agency experience a plus · Experience with SFA/CRM systems e.g. Salesforce.com, Responsys, Eloqua, Unica EMC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
