Key Account Manager – Iomega Hungary

The holder of the position will be in charge of the promotion of the full range of Iomega products in the Hungarian IT channel (distribution, retail, catalog, corporate & value added resellers, resellers & system integrators) , or any other channel where there could be a potential for the Iomega brand. The person will manage all facets of customer relationships and ensure the effective execution of Iomega’s marketing and sales programs as well as the achievement of assigned revenue and gross margin goals. Responsibilities: - Achieve quarterly country revenue and gross margin plans with direct and non-direct customers in the defined markets. - Develop, implement and manage a base of new and existing channel partners. Ensure strong growth both in revenue and profitability. - Increase demand and interest of end-users by effectively proposing and implementing marketing programs and actions with customers across the different channels. - Train and educate distribution and 2 nd tier customer sales team to convey the benefits of the Iomega product range. - Communicate Iomega strategy and plans throughout the channel - Define and focus on key players in Hungary'sindirect channel and make recurrent visit to those accounts to drive profitable revenue and mind share at both an operational and senior level of those organizations - Manage the customer’s inventory in order to provide consistent supply to all channels - Work closely with other sales colleagues or supporting functions (product management and channel marketing) to report or leverage on “best practice” policy. - Report any issues affecting a country’s performance to the Regional Manager and propose recommendations to achieve revenue and margin goals - Participate and give feedback in sales meetings - Actively propose, realize and participate at public and customer specific IT shows - Prepare and attend regular business reviews - Provide weekly reporting vs. plan to the Regional Manager Experience and skills set required: - Minimum five years experience in dealing with the IT industry in Hungary - Proven successful sales track record. - In-depth knowledge of IT market in Hungary across all channels. - Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communicator and negotiator at all levels - Strong organizational skills - Strategic thinker with ability to define process and implement at customer level - At ease with financial concepts and with figures. - Excellent presentation skills both written and oral - Must be able to work in a fast moving, pressured environment - Must enjoy the challenges of achieving goals - Enhanced IT knowledge would be an asset - Flexible and embraces change with ease - Enjoys working in a team - Fluent Hungarian and very good level of English Apply Now >>
